Our next show looks like it should be absolutely first rate. It’s Do You Think That’s Wise? – The Life and Times of John Le Mesurier, at Cinema Room @ Laughing Horse @ Cabaret Voltaire, at 13:10 on Wednesday 22nd. Here’s the brief blurb: “In an affectionate tribute, leading impressionist Julian Dutton of BBC One’s The Big Impression brings to life one of Britain’s best-loved comedy stars.”

I’m afraid I don’t know Mr Dutton, but I have seen the Youtube trailer for this show and his impersonation is magnificent- I also think it’s going to be rather sad. Check back around 2.15 pm to see if we liked it. By then the next preview blog should be available to read too.

Sadly, got to the venue to discover that the performance has been cancelled. Three things happen! So we’re going to see Sketch Thieves instead at the same venue. I’ll try to write a separate blog review later on!
